Health insurance is a complicated, confusing topic that has plenty of rules to remember. Despite the complexities and overwhelming number of rules, there are still some things you need to know about health insurance. In this blog post, we’ll go over:

-How health insurance works (type A plans)

-What types of coverage should you have vs. what not to buy (COBRA/HMO) 

-Why your employer's contribution is worth it for your whole family when using medical leave (FMLA) 

-Preventative medicine & wellness tips for full year coverage
