Integrity In Design - The Plazacorp Promise
The design team at Plazacorp is committed to delivering a design that meets not just our client’s requirements, but also their own personal standards for quality and integrity.
We pledge that:
- All designs will be complete in accordance with the project brief and desired look. - We will deliver work on time, if not early. We will honour our word and follow up on any tasks assigned to us in a timely manner as agreed upon by both parties regardless of the size of the task. - All designs are guaranteed to be original; we do not use copy or steal designs from other designers without proper credit. - We will make design changes to any work for you if you feel that the initial design is not meeting your requirements.
The Plazacorp Promise is based on standards of quality that we believe are important in any design document, whether it's in the form of a title page, or as an appendage to the project brief.
Aside from this list, we have another set of policies and procedures that we follow with each and every client no matter how small or large their project may be. For example, every project brief must include a schedule for new clients coming on board (e.g., 'onboarding' ceremony). We also include our studio policies in the brief, including;
1) On work hours and work days - we operate on a 24/7 schedule.
2) On remuneration - clients are to pay the deposit amount before commencement of the project. The remaining payment is due on pre-determined dates set by our company, as agreed upon in the design brief. (Refer to our Sample Project Brief for more details.)
3) On review periods - every month we will be sending out a status report regarding design progress and any outstanding tasks that are still outstanding (e.g., wrong colour selections). This way, you have time to provide us with additional feedback before any major decisions can be made.
4) On projects over a month - we have a pre-determined duration for all projects (i.e., if the project is taking longer than the expected month, we will let you know and ask for further feedback.
5) On dealing with clients - we operate on a hands-on basis, which means that we focus on delivering design work as efficiently as possible so that you can spend more time on other activities. We have experienced designers whose sole role is to go out and construct designs while our clients are working from home or at their offices.
We have multiple open projects, which means that at any given time there are multiple clients working in parallel on project briefs.
As part of our Quality Assurance Protocol, we require all first-time clients to go through a process called 'onboarding'. Upon acceptance of our proposal, we request that the client send over their details including their address and bank details so that we can transfer them the deposit. Then, one of our account managers will meet you face to face at your place of residence or office and provide further details about the project terms (e.g., payment schedule) and present you with a copy of our studio policies, which includes information about how we conduct our business as well as how you can contact us.
If you would like to request further information, or require any help with your project in any way, we encourage you to contact us and we will be more than happy to discuss your requirements with you.
To ensure that all members of the design team adhere to the Plazacorp Promise, we have dedicated an internal support team to act as a liaison between our clients and the design team. If a client has any questions or concerns regarding their project, they can contact this team first without delay.
The Plazacorp Design Team is available via email at support@plazacorp.com.
"The promise is a commitment to you, the client, that the standards we have set for ourselves will be adhered to, and that we will exceed your expectations in every phase of our project together - from the initial design concept, to the execution of your core message, and all the way through to final delivery. We take our promise seriously and it is a matter of tremendous pride for us." -- Plazacorp Design Team
